Subscription Plans
Services are offered on a subscription basis which may include:
- Monthly plans
- Annual plans
- Enterprise plans
Pricing is displayed on the official website or quoted in agreements.
Payment Terms
Customers agree to:
- Pay subscription fees in advance
- Maintain valid payment methods
- Comply with invoice deadlines
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- Unused service periods are not refundable
- Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances at the Company’s discretion
Price Changes
The Company may revise pricing with prior notice. Existing subscriptions will remain valid until renewal.
