These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the IDPro platform including its website, web portal, mobile applications, and desktop solutions (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by YVDO SOLUTIONS Private Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Delhi, India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Platform Refers to the IDPro web application, mobile applications, desktop software, APIs, and related services.
Customer / Institute Any educational institution, organization, company, or event organizer subscribing to the IDPro services.
User Any individual whose data is managed within the Platform including students, employees, members, staff, or visitors.

Services Provided:

  • QR-based ID card systems
  • Event pass generation
  • Gate entry management
  • QR code scanning and validation
  • Member database management
  • Email communications
  • Attendance and entry tracking
  • Reporting and analytics dashboards

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform or subscribing to Services, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to represent your organization.
  • You agree to comply with these Terms.
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

3. Subscription and Accounts

Institutes must create an account and agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain security of login credentials.
  • Notify the Company immediately of unauthorized access.

Subscription cycles include Monthly, Annual, or Enterprise agreements. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Platform Usage & Restrictions

Users and Customers strictly agree NOT to:

  • Attempt unauthorized system access or "hacking".
  • Interfere with platform operation or server stability.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious data.
  • Use the service for illegal surveillance or tracking.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without permission.

5. Data Ownership & Security

The Institute remains the owner and controller of all data uploaded. IDPro acts as a technology service provider and data processor.

Security measures implemented include:

  • Secure cloud server infrastructure
  • Role-based access control systems
  • Encrypted communications (SSL/TLS)
  • Active security monitoring

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, code, logos, and branding remain the exclusive property of YVDO SOLUTIONS Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for data loss, business interruptions, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the customer during the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
